    The building of the Sunnyside Apartments, from which I saw the name in an old local newspaper about this building surviving the 1990 Luzon Earthquake. Unlike the old BSBT building, it barely escaped the sinkhole of former bus terminal in front of it. Now, however, the building looks very old, and a recent repaint job was done to obscure the old mosses and small cracks of the building exterior.
